Balance is all about motion.  When you see a famous gymnist performing, do they ever hold perfectly still?  Or are they subtly shifting their weight to maintain their balance nearly constantly?  Emotions can get stuck.  This bottle is a reminder to remember that when you get "stuck" too low or too high?  The mind is a powerful tool to "nudge" yourself just a hair to get back in motion and achieve a bit more balance.

The bottle pictured is not the "actual" bottle you will receive, but the one you get will be extremely similar. Natural stone colors vary, as do the leaves, berries and seeds I use. I grow many of the herbs myself, and use fresh picked items as often as possible, either from my garden or in nearby woods. Some are dried, and some I have to purchase from a reputable organic grower/supplier.

Meditation bottles are NOT FOR CHILDREN. They are not toys and can present a choking hazard, as well as in some cases, poison (particularly mistletoe). I recommend "over 14 yrs old".
