Sorry…had to repost- gallery issues.
The first piece, Faux Amber, features an electroformed copper finish on the sides. I used sterling & Argentium for the “chain” and copper spacers.

The second necklace I called “Illusion”. The silver-reactive glass looks so much like the agate stone, it’s hard to tell the difference at first. The left side (big beads) is my lampwork, as is the focal. The right side (small stones) is all agate. There is a matching set of earrings with my lampwork to look like the smaller pieces of agate.

The brightly colored third piece is called Player. Don’t ask. I don’t know. It’s just what it wanted to be called I guess. :) The special feature here is the focal matches the clasp. I used a silver reactive glass to form a metal spot on which I duplicated the clasp flower motif. It doesn’t show real well in this photo, but I’ll post a closeup when I list on Artfire.

Thanks for looking!

Have to take a break from listing for food, but I’ve been putting beads up on Artfire today.   I have pairs, sets of 3 & 5 but I still have  few more sets to go.  Also, a couple of drop beads for pendents.  Then I’ll have more jewelry, and more beads…and….and  by Christmas I MAY have everything on-line.  < wilt > :)

Organic Style Pendent Drop

STILL one of my all-time favs!

Lots of barrettes!  Did you see one at Texas Renaissance Festival you reeeeally wanted, but figured you’d wait?  Got a friend who loves hair stuff?  They’re heeeeere…lol.   I have a really nice selection, and there will be a few more for which I still need to get pictures done.  On Etsy- there’s a tab up top here or use the Mini shop to the right.  Thanks!

Finally. lol. I still have a lot to go, but there’s a pretty nice selection of several styles up. Here’s a nice pair of Ovals…  Lots of color choices available, and of course, I welcome custom requests!

Ok, I give up on getting Sprint to fix their towers. I went into town today and spent several hours drinking coffee and posting earrings to Artfire, so check em out! Several styles available, and when I make it back to the torch I’ll have more. Custom requests GLADLY accepted!

are posted on Artfire, and I’m getting macrame up on Etsy, little by little.  I hope everyone who said they were going to “check on the website” will stop in and take a look!  Tomorrow is photography day, and hopefully I’ll get a bunch of stuff up on Monday.  It’s supposed to be cold and rainy, so it’ll be a perfect day to spend working on-line.   I’ve got beads, lots of pretty earrings and all sorts of jewelry, so c’mon back!

Cheers & Happy Holidays!

Grrr… Sprint is giving me a really hard time – can we say SLOOOOW?  Got a couple keys up and it’s taken an hour.   Gonna try again this evening.  Maybe it’ll work better later.  Funny tho, I went to the Diner to work on this last night, and they usually have great connectivity, and they were down too.  :(

Ok…I’m slamming out pictures of beads and jewelry this week.  I’ll apologize here and now…I have very little time to do this, plus all my other post-show work, and Christmas is just weeks away so I want to get stuff on-line in time for you to order and actually get it.  I’m more than willing to ship direct to your recipient if your purchase is a gift, & I’ll include a gift card and free wrap!

I can’t believe what this year has been like…but I’ve managed to survive so far despite the overwhelming “stuff” that’s happened…natural & otherwise…lol.  I hope you’ll visit frequently over the next week or two as I get stuff posted.  Till later…

Namaste’

Well, that’s what I call them. I haven’t made them in several years, but recently found a picture of some from a few years ago and decided I liked them again. LOL. So, just for giggles I took pics (on the phone, so they aren’t real good) of a pair as I’m making them. The “test” post I made a couple days ago is the finished set- except for earwires. I hate making earwires. I always make all the earrings first then sit down for a 2 day marathon making earwires. No wonder I hate doing it.

Step 1

Step 1... strings cut & strung onto their j-rings

Step 2

Tops tied

Step 3

Fringing in the design

Step 4

Add bottom (weight) beads

All Done

Finished off & awaiting earwires. :)

This particular style takes me a little over an hour to complete, assuming the beads cooperate…and usually they do, but sometimes……well…there are quite a few on my floor. LOL.
Till next time…
